18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Received single or double lung transplantation at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital after 2015; 2. BOS has not yet occurred; 3. Aged 18-80 years old; 4. Expected survival time exceeds 3 months; 5. The patient volunteered to participate in the study, and was able to cooperate with obtaining alveolar tank lotion, stool, and peripheral blood specimens, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have difficulty swallowing or have gastrointestinal obstruction; 2. Patients who have a previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. After evaluation, the researcher believes that the study is not good for the patient or is not suitable for other conditions in the study.
