Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Colonoscopy biopsy pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma; 3. Good heart, lung, liver and kidney functions, suitable for surgery; 4. Abdominal MRI showed that the tumor was located in the transverse colon, i.ecT2-T4N+M0; 5. informed consent; 6. Body Mass Index (BMI, Body Mass Index) 18-30kg/m.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cT1 / N0. 2. Emergency surgery for acute intestinal obstruction, bleeding, perforation, etc. 3. multiple primary colorectal malignancies or tumors of other organs 4. Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), Lynch syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease 5. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade greater than III 6. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases who cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery 7. Poor general condition, which cannot be corrected and improved despite preoperative treatment 8. Pregnancy and lactation 9. Patients or their families cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study 10. Those deemed by the researcher to be unfit for enrolment; 11. With history of other malignant tumors (except for properly treated basal cell carcinoma); 12. With preoperative chemotherapy.
