Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pancreas specimen from donation after cardiac death should meet two criterion: 1. Meet the donor criterion for liver or kidney transplantation; 2. the aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The donors of cardiac death has one of the following conditions: 1. Pancreatic dieases,such as Diabetes, acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis ,pancreatic tumor; 2. The other endocrine diseases that affect blood glucose; 3 .Malignant tumors from other organs.
