18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over than 18 years; 2. Radiologic and pathological examination accords diagnostic of the high grade serous ovarian cancer (Grade 2 or 3) and the FIGO stage (stage III or IV); 3. According the actual of patients, chemotherapy regimen is given; 4. Received new adjuvant chemotherapy without interruption; 5. Conscious mind can follow the doctors advice to complete the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-epithelial ovarian cancer, border ovarian cancer or unknown histology; 2. Patients refuse neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. With history of the malignant tumor and the history of chemotherapy before the chemotherapy; 4. With family history of chemotherapy resistance; 5. With mental diseases; 6. in the pregnancy and lactation special physiological period.
