Interventions

Experimental group:Transabdominal muscle plane block was performed before anesthesia induction + Flurbiprofen 1mg/kg was given before skin cutting + Oxycodone was given at 0.1mg/kg before skin cutting
control group:Sufentanil was given at 0.1ug/kg before peeling + Before the operation, flurbiprofen was given 1mg/kg + Sufentanil was administered at 0.1ug/kg before surgery + TAPB was performed postop

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic colorectal surgery was performed at an appropriate time; 2. ASA I ~ III level; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. BMI18kg/m2-35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to participate in this study; 2. Had performed colorectal surgery; 3. Had a history of chemoradiotherapy; 4. Contraindications to nsaids; 5. Severe neurological and psychiatric diseases; 6. Severe cardiovascular diseases; 7. Severe respiratory diseases; 8. Local infection of TAPB puncture site; 9. Below primary education level.
