Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who need surgical treatment for congenital heart disease in children's hospital affiliated to chongqing medical university are generally ok with stable vital signs; 2. ASA sizing II-III children, aged 3 months to 18 years old, weight 5 kg or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs, sudden respiratory and cardiac arrest during the operation, allergic to the use of drugs. 2. Children with vascular variations. 3. Children who are not suitable for subclavian central vein catheterization through supravicular approach due to various reasons. 4. Placement of esophageal ultrasound probe contraindications: severe esophageal varicose veins, esophageal bleeding, esophageal perforation, stenosis or severe esophageal inflammation; 5. contraindications of surgery and anesthesia, important organs such as heart, liver and kidney with injuries, with other serious systemic diseases, with serious mental and cognitive impairment; ECG abnormal.
