Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. General vital signs are normal; 3. Patients who are diagnosed as achalasia by the examination of gastroscopy, manometry, and esophagography; 4. Without dilation and surgery; 5. Can cooperate with regular follow-up; 6. Have the ability to read and fill in the diary correctly and understand the research content accurately.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to N-acetylcysteine tablets and / or nifedipine drugs; 2. Complicated with severe respiratory insufficiency or peptic ulcer; 3. Hypertension, coronary heart disease, asthma, diabetes, and other serious organic and mental illnesses; 4. History of previous cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents; 5. History of previous gastric and / or esophageal surgery; 6. liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. During pregnancy and lactation.
