20 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Han population, aged >=20 years; 2. Able to walk independently; 3. Be willing to participate in the project, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from acute disease; 2. Suffering from pain that may affect the test results; 3. Surgery in the last 3 months; 4. long-term bed rest, limb fixation, etc.; 5. Long-term use of drugs that may affect body composition; 6. Cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism and other neurological diseases 7. Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary or musculoskeletal diseases, including heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatic disease, chronic kidney disease, etc., and other diseases evaluated by researchers that may affect skeletal muscle metabolism; 8. malignant tumor; 9. pregnancy.
