65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Patients scheduled for spinal surgery in Xuanwu Hospital; 4. Education background is capbal for neuropsychological test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases lead to cognitive decline; 2. Mental disease of servere anxiety; 3. History of allergy to anesthetics; 4. History of neurosurgery; 5. Significant renal impairment (creatinine>177µmol/L); Congestive heart-failure (NYHA status IV) or other severe systemic disease or cerebral vascular disease within 6 months, include cerebral hemorrhage and infraction, or over 6 months but with neurological sequelae; 6. Persistent arrhythmia; 7. Digestive system tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome; 8. Spinal injury; 9. Long-term use of antibiotics; 10. History of drug and alcohol abuse.
