Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) children who undergo ECMO supporting because of respiratory failure in pediatric intensive care unit of Childrens Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2) get the informed consent of the guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) younger than 30 days or elder than 18 years old; 2) receiving cardiac operation during the ECMO support; 3) with central nervous system comorbidities before the ECMO running, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and seizures; 4) on ECMO for less than 24 hours; 5) with serum total bilirubin >7mg/dL; 6) with regional skin damage not fitting for monitoring; 7) be allergic to the sensors.
