1:granulomatous lobular mastitis lesion removal + whole breast exploration and flushing + one-stage microplastic surgery
2:Extensive excision of lesion + fascia flap plastic surgery + correction of nipple and areola

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older with granulomatous lobular mastitis 2.Patients without surgical treatment; 3.Extensive lesions involving two or more quadrants of the breast, or accompanied by abscess, sinus fistula formation, skin rupture and other complex lesions; 4.Patients volunteered to participate in the study after informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients were diagnosed with mastitis with other definite etiology confirmed by pathology 2.Patients who chose conservative treatment and did not receive surgical treatment 3.Combined with other basic diseases, unable to tolerate surgery 4.Patients in pregnancy.
