18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease; 3. Parkinson's disease-related symptoms remain difficult to control with appropriate antiparkinsonian medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to Participate in the research; 2. Patients with severe comorbidities such as severe sleep apnea syndrome and metal disorder; 3. Previous functional neurosurgery: DBS, thalamic incision, etc..
