35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who hasn't received any treatment; 2. MM patients who have no contraindications to MRI and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MM patients who had additional malignancies; 2. Either spectral CT or MRI of MM patients were performed after treatment; 3. patients who received granulocyte colony-stimulating factor; 4. patients who received radiation therapy; 5. MM patients who have contraindications to MRI.
