Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis of the knee; 2. With poor conservative treatment effect; 3. Suitable for TKA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision total knee arthroplasty; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Knee joint infection or suspected infection; 4. Patients with a history of cardiac disease, deep vein thrombosis, or surgery of the knee joint.
