Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years; 2. preoperative abdominal ultrasonography, CT or MRCP and other imaging examinations confirmed choledocholithiasis with cholecystolithiasis, but no intrahepatic bile duct stones, and cholecystolithiasis without chronic cholecystitis; 3. gallbladder stones =75% and wall thickness <=3mm); (6) willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of ERCP surgery; 2. previous history of biliary tract surgery; 3. patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones; 4. patients with cholangiopancreatic duct tumor; 5. Mirrizzi syndrome; 6. combined with biliary stricture; 7. patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5, PT > 2 times the upper limit of reference value) and hemorrhagic diseases; 8. patients with severe heart failure, severe renal failure and severe shock; 9. mental abnormality or extreme lack of cooperation; 10. obstruction of the upper digestive tract; 11. women who are pregnant and breast-feeding or who do not exclude the possibility of pregnancy; 12. follow-up time less than 1 year after treatment; 13. patients who did not sign the informed consent for operation.
