18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Dianosed with complex retinal detachment using fundus microscopy and optical coherence tomography; 2) Had no history of severe systemic disorders; 3) Aged 18 to 75 years; 4) Patients are voluntarily involved in this clinical trial and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other vision-threatening eye diseases including severe extraocular diseases, optic berve-associated disease and other active inflammation in the eye; 2) Combined with uncontrolled systemic disorders, such as hypertension,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe cardiac dysfunction, etc; 3) Had a presurgical corneal endothelial cell of less than 800/mm2; 4) Showed difficulties in cooperating with the operators.
