18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee with unilateral primary artificial TKA indication; 2. Preoperative Hb and coagulation function were normal;No abnormality was found in the color doppler ultrasound of the veins of both lower extremities; 3. Above the age of 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thromboembolism (i.e., DVT, or pulmonary embolism (PE)), thromboembolism, recent arterial thromboembolism events (e.g., myocardial infarction or stroke), hypercoagulability, hemophilia; 2. In addition to recent use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or combined with autoimmune diseases; 3. exclude patients who are allergic to anesthetic drugs in this study; 4. with or refuse to accept blood products.
