Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2. in our hospital for pancreatic necrosis tissue removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute pancreatitis who have not undergone surgical intervention or who have only puncture drainage. At the time of follow-up, the subjects were not successfully contacted three times on different dates, and the subject was considered to be lost to follow-up.
