Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients who need to undergo elective surgery under subarachnoid anesthesia 1) aged 65-80 years; 2) ASA classification level II or III; 3) voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) local anesthetic allergy; 2) unable to lie on the left side; 3) contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 4) emergency surgery; 5) refuse to participate in the experiment; 6) quit the test halfway.
