Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insomnia group: sleep disorder was the chief complaint, including difficulty falling asleep, short sleep time, early awakening, nightmares and other symptoms. Pittsburgh sleep quality index score was >10. Normal control group: visited the hospital in the same period, with no chief complaint of sleep disorder and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score <10.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) aged < 60 years; (2) other neuropsychiatric diseases (severe Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, schizophrenia); (3) severe stroke and sequelae, or other organic brain diseases; (4) serious liver and kidney damage, other organic diseases of digestive tract except inflammatory bowel disease; (5) there were persistent diseases that could not complete the relevant scales before enrollment; (6) had taken probiotics or antibiotics before 4 weeks; (7) failing to sign the informed consent.
