Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 65 years; non-cardiac general anesthesia was proposed; sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conducting other interventional clinical trials at the same time; unbale to cooperate to complete the frailty assessment or blood test; preoperative neuropsychiatric diseases (including dementia, schizophrenia, epilepsy, and Parkinson’s disease); the operation time was less than 2 hours; quitting midway.
