Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Helveston syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. extraocular muscle diseases,such as thyroid associated ophthalmopathy, inflammatory pseudotumor, extraocular muscle fibrosis, etc.; 2. History of extraocular muscle surgery; 3. Patients with inferior oblique muscle overaction.
