Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The pain of the neck and upper extremity was distributed in two or more skin regions in outpatient department. X-ray, three-dimensional CT and MRI all indicated that there was only one major segment with or without mild lesions of adjacent segments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension and long-term blood pressure > 160mmhg, hyperglycemia and fasting blood glucose were higher than 8mmol / L for a long time. He had vascular occlusive disease of extremities and was not treated. Patients who refused to sign informed consent to participate in this study
