Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperatively, he was confirmed to be left colon cancer by endoscopy, pathology, endoscopic ultrasound, abdominal enhanced CT, etc. The preoperative staging was T1b deep infiltration-T2N0M0, and the patient and his family were fully communicated with the surgical method before and after the operation. Existing risks and complications, surgical benefits, may be transferred to surgery may be carried out after consent to sign this operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious cardiopulmonary diseases, not suitable for endoscopy; 2. Serious complications have occurred; 3. Pre-exclusion of basic diseases such as diabetes and coagulopathy.
