Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to Sports Medicine Center, Rheumatology and Immunology Department of West China Hospital and Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital; 2. Patients with a clinically clear diagnosis of the following types of diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, synovial chondroma, and need synovial clearance or joint replacement; Rheumatoid arthritis group: (1) Meet the 2010 ACR / EULAR RA classification diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 18-70 years; (3) Course of disease> 6 months and DAS 28> 3.6; (4) Synovial cleanup or joint replacement is required. Osteoarthritis group: 1. In patients with knee osteoarthritis, the clinical manifestations are mainly lesions in the medial and lateral joints: (1) narrowing of the medial space of the knee joint (X-ray display); (2) pain in the medial and lateral space of the knee joint (can be Active pain, resting pain, or finger tenderness); (3) Destruction of cartilage in the medial and lateral space of the knee joint (MRI display); (2) Age 18-70 years; (3) Conservative treatment is ineffective; (4) Synovial cleaning or joint replacement is required. Gout group: (1) Meet the 2015 ACR / EULAR RA classification diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 18-70 years; (3) Course of disease> 6 months; (4) Require synovial cleanup or joint replacement. Synovial chondroma group: (1) Meet Milgram's pathological staging; (2) Aged 18-70 years; (3) Course> 6 months; (4) Synovial membrane clearance or joint replacement required. 3. Patients who meet the pathological and imaging diagnosis of pigmented villous nodular synovitis, patients with an unspecified type of atypical synovitis, and patients who need synovial removal or joint replacement; 4. Patients with traumatic and other pathogenic synovitis who need arthroscopy or cleaning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-typical synovitis patients. 2. Synovitis patients but no need for arthroscopic surgery 3. The patients who refuse to donate synovium
