Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people (100 cases) aged 18-28 years old, male; 2. There is no skin disease or systemic disease that can affect the skin at the measurement site; 3. Informed consent to the purpose and content of the study; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drugs that the dermatologist believes have an impact on the study in the last 3 months, especially those who have used anti-inflammatory drugs in the test area within 2 weeks or corticosteroids within 1 month; 2. Hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction and other chronic diseases; 3. Those who have undergone organ resection (kidney, lung, spleen, liver ...), organ transplantation, have a history of extensive loss of consciousness caused by traumatic brain injury in the past 5 years or have sequelae; 4. People with chronic disease or receiving long-term treatment; those who are allergic or have asthma, have a background of drug intolerance or are receiving anti-allergic treatment; those who have immune system disease or are receiving immunosuppressive treatment; 5. Those who have certain skin diseases or have some precursors of skin diseases, or have some defects that will affect the measurement of the skin (test sites have balanitis, sclerosing lichens, sclerosing atrophic lichens (dry occlusive Balanitis), erythematous hyperplasia, pemphigus, lichen planus, Bowen's disease, psoriasis, psoriasis, contact allergy, fixed drug rash and other non-infectious factors.
