18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed of primary lung cancer by pathology; patients undergo pneumonectomy; R0 resection; intact clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with thoracic cavity closure; complicated with empyema preoperatively; postoperative hemorrhage or continuous leakage that needs undergoing reoperation; severe post-operative complications that need respiratory support; patients with mental disease combing; patients treated with systemic hormone therapy; patients with poor treatment compliance; deemed unfit to attend the trial by investigator.
