18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. BMI from 24.0 to 35.0kg/m2; 3. Type 2 diabetes based on WHO criterion; 4. Glucostasis during the last three months and poor glucose control; 5. HbA1c from 7.0% to 13.0%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pancreatitis or pancreatectomy; 2. Abnormal liver function; 3. Renal insufficiency; 4. Hemoglobin<90g/L; 5. Severe ketosis or ketoacidosis; 6. Severe lactic acidosis; 7. Hypertonic non-ketogenic hyperglycemia; 8. Acute myocardial infarction; 9. Acute cerebral infarction; 10. Treatment of systemic hormones, immunosuppressants or cytotoxic; 11. Systemic or local infection.
