Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age ranges from 40 to 80 years. Diabetes was defined as type 2 diabetes, onset at >= 30 years of age, with no history of ketoacidosis. Coronary heart disease is defined as at least 50% stenosis of one or more coronary arteries or major coronary arteries on coronary angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) unstable CAD (CAD symptoms changed in the first 60 days); (2) history of acute coronary syndrome and heart failure; (3) abnormal ecg results, namely pathological Q wave, ischemic ST wave or complete left bundle branch block; (4) valvular disease, dilated/hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; (5) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; (6) cancer or end-stage kidney or liver disease; (7) various infectious and inflammatory diseases.
