Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as GDM according to the OGTT test published by the international association of diabetes and pregnancy studies; 2. With complete cognitive and behavioral capabilities; 3. Aged between 20 and 40 years; 4. single pregnancy; 5. gestational age was between 24-30 weeks, and the upper limit of gestational age at the time of inclusion was set at 30 weeks to allow for intervention of at least 6 weeks; 6. Body mass index (BMI) less than 40kg/m2; 7. Signing informed consent and voluntary participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had GDM before; 2. Combined with severe obstetric complications and contraindications listed in the women's activity guidelines for pregnancy in 2019 issued by Canada; 3. Participate in other supervised exercise programs or researchers during the study period.
