2 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1–6 year children undergoing elective lower extremity surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I–II; 3. Informed parental consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for nerve block; 2. Developmental delay; 3. Neurological or psychiatric disease; 4. Local infection at the needle entry point; 5. Coagulopathy; 6. Nerve injury; 7. Allergy to anesthetics and study medications.
