Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It was diagnosed as prostatic hyperplasia by b-ultrasound, urodynamics, and serum prostatic specific antigen; 2. Preoperative coagulation was normal; 3. The surgical procedure was elective transurethral resection of the prostate; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prostate cancer, neurogenic bladder, bladder neck sclerosis, and other urinary tract diseases; 2. Patients with other severe organic diseases; 3. Patients with a catheter indurated preoperative; 4. Patients with postoperative analgesia pump; 5. Patients who received a second operation due to secondary bleeding; 6. Patients with abnormal coagulation function postoperative; 7. Patients with postoperative cognitive impairment, language communication barriers or unwilling to cooperate.
