Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastrointestinal lesions diagnosed by digestive endoscopy center in our hospital, including submucosal tumor and mucosal pathology suggest high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or intramucosal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperatively excluded basic diseases such as coagulopathy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and recent poor glycemic control.
