Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. younger than 18 years old; 2. citizen in Wuhan city; 3. Han nationality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe heart, lung, liver,kidney or other diseases that interfere with the growth of the body; 2. Students at art or sports school; 3. Obesity or malnutrition; 4. Low birth weight.
