65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=65 years, regardless of gender; 2. first MMSE cognitive score = 3 months, 3. overall cognitive function and general daily activity of living are normal. MMSE >= 20 (primary school) or >= 24 (junior high school or above), ADL<= 26, 4. excluding other causes of cognitive decline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) disturbance of consciousness; (2) other neuropsychiatric diseases with effects on cognitive function (severe Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, schizophrenia); (3) patients with severe liver and kidney function impairment, asthma, hypothyroidism, VitB12, and folate deficiency, and intestinal obstruction; (4) no carers, unable to supervise regular drug use; (5) patients who were unable to complete the relevant scales by influencing cognitive function assessment before enrollment; (6) those who had been given probiotics for 4 weeks before entering the group and were allergic to milk and probiotics.
