Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are histologically confrmed local advanced lung cancer and are going to receive radiochemotherapy; 2. Aged over 18 yeas old, male or female; 3. ECOG score is 0 or 1; 4. Be able to receive examination of CT or MRI; 5. Be able to provied blood sample for dynamic tests; 6. Patients voluntarily participate, with good compliance, can complete observation and follow-up, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biotherapy before; 2. Be diagnosed with major diseases that increase the risks, including uncontroled hypertension, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV infection; 3. History of alchol and drug abuse; 4. Be unable to receive examination of CT and MRI(eg. pacemaker); 5. Patients do not sign informed consent; 6. Researchers do not think the patients are suitable for the trial.
