20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 20-39 years; 2. BMI between 18-25 kg/m2l; 3. Patient who had intrauterine pregnancy underwent the first time IVF treatment in our center because of "tubal factors"; Or those who are primary infertility because of "male factors"; 4. Regular menstrual cycle (25-35 days) with spontaneous ovulation; 5. Normal ovarian reservasion (basic FSH 5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. endometirum disease (eg. intrauterine adhesion,Endometrial tuberculosis, etc.); 2. Hydrosalpinx without proximal tubal ligation; 3. Submucosal myoma or intramuscular myoma or adenomyoma of the uterine cavity; 4. endometriosis (stage III - IV).
