18 Years to 56 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; Body mass index (BMI) 19 to 28kg / m2; 2. ASA grades I to II; 3. Selective nasal endoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Select patients with deviated nasal septum; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, and abnormal coagulation function; 2. History of allergies to opioids and NSAIDs; 3. Combined with mental illness and recent history of taking opioids; 4. long-term drinking or drug abuse history; 5. History of gastrointestinal ulcer; 6. The patient refused to participate.
