Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include any patients presented with suspected Adnexal Torsion and managed by Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in New Territories East Clusters, namely Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH), Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH) and North District Hospital (NDH).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menopaused women (amenorrhea for 12 cycles) were excluded from the study.
