Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Type 2 diabetes patients: random fasting blood glucose under 7.0 mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose under 11.1mmol/L; (2) Intima-media thickness =0.9mm; (3) Female or male aged 18-70 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy or breast-feeding women. (2) With poor diabetes control (HbA1C > 9%). (3) Past half year taking omega-3 pufa supplements. (4) Taking lipid-lowering drugs or other drugs affecting the blood lipid metabolism. (5) With severe complications, merge heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, such as serious illness, mental illness, action cannot provide for oneself. (6) Asthma, alcohol, hyperthyroidism patients, patients with malignant tumor and hormone therapy. (7) Having a special diet: vegetarian, weight management, ketogenic diet (high fat, low carbohydrate), etc.
