Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. thyroid anti-peroxidase antibody (tpo-ab) > 300 (IU/ml); 3. Ultrasonic examination of the thyroid showed goiter with uneven echo, which may be accompanied by multiple hypoechoic regions or thyroid nodules; 4. normal thyroid function (including normal thyroid function after taking LT4); 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. febrile, pregnant or nursing women; 2. Severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney and other autoimmune diseases; 3. thyroid cancer patients and thyroid dysfunction caused by other reasons; 4. Take other drugs that interfere with thyroid function within the past month; 5. Patients allergic to test drugs.
