20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. singleton pregnancy; 2. aged 20-40 years old; 3. the patients were informed of the main experimental methods and signed the informed consent; 4. routine hematuria, coagulation function, liver and kidney function were basically normal; ECG was generally normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with diabetes history; 2. patients with Hypertensive disorder of pregnancy; 3. patients with thyroid disease; 4. autoimmune diseases and those requiring oral hormone treatment.
