Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with T2DM according to the diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for diabetes diagnosis and treatment of the American Diabetes Association in 2018. 2. They were grouped according to the American ophthalmic association's 2016 diabetic retinopathy classification criteria. 3. healthy volunteers, age, gender and case group match.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non diabetic eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, eye injury, active uveitis, corneal or lens diseases. 2. Alcoholism, uremia, malignant or endocrine tumor, inflammation. 3. Contraindications of MRI. 4. Left handedness, various neurological and mental diseases, pregnancy, brain injury, large area cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor; heart / large blood vessel disease, liver function abnormality, kidney function abnormality.
