Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Insulin elevation group: 1. Patients undergoing ogtt test in the first affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University. 2. Aged 18 to 75 years, sex unlimited; 3. According to the South China Endocrine Laboratory Standard, any time point of ogtt: insulin > 100uIU / ml; 4. Those who volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent. Control group: 1. Patients undergoing ogtt test in the first affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University. 2. Aged 18 to 75 years, regardless of sex; 3. According to the South China Endocrine Laboratory Standard, ogtt is satisfied at any time point: insulin < 100uu / ml; 4. Those who volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy or lactation; 2. Those who used glucocorticoids for nearly 3 months or were in the process of using glucocorticoids.
