18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary nodule found in physical examination, 18-75 years old in outpatient or inpatient, and patients with pulmonary nodule lesions shown on CT (maximum nodule diameter < 0.8cm). 2. There was no distant metastasis in the whole body; 3. Receive regular follow-up, including necessary tests and examinations. 4. Good compliance and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous cancer history or hormone, immunosuppression or autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with serious organic diseases can not tolerate lung puncture or surgical thoracoscopic surgery; 3. Various bleeding diseases; 4. Acute infectious diseases; 5. Fever; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Previous history of pneumonectomy; 8. Previous history of other systemic malignancies or organ transplantation; 9. Those with a history of drug use or mental illness; 10. CT shows calcified nodules in the lung.
