Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ITN patient inclusion criteria: 1) attacks involving the branches to the first II and (or) the first III; 2) VAS baseline score >= 5 points when participating in this study, onset was more than 3 times a day, onset was at least 4 days a week, and onset was more than 4 weeks in a row; 3) aged 18-80 years; 4) clear consciousness, pain perception and discrimination, able to complete basic communication; 5) sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for ITN patients: 1) obvious deformity or compression of the trigeminal nerve on the affected side; 2) patients with epilepsy, head injury or other related neurological diseases; 3) patients with severe heart, liver or kidney damage or cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, mental disorder, or inability to cooperate with treatment; 4) patients with hypertension with poor control; 5) patients with a recently diagnosed history of severe depression; 6) pregnant or lactating patients; 7) install pacemakers; 8) for any other reason, it is not suitable for electroacupuncture treatment or mri examination.
