Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women were tested for HBV and liver function.Patients with HBV(+) were examined for liver function and hbv-dna at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy. If liver function was abnormal or hbv-dna >= 2*10E5IU/ml, they were referred to our hepatology department for antiviral treatment, followed up and re-examination, and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is concurrently infected with HIV or other hepatitis virological infections such as HCV; 2. Previous history of abortion and congenital malformations; 3. Had anti-hbv treatment in the previous pregnancy, but less than 6 months before enrollment; 4. Patients with previous renal insufficiency or liver function insufficiency, or with evidence of hepatocellular carcinoma; 5. Patients with threatened abortion or fetal malformation detected by ultrasound examination; 6. Patients taking nephrotoxic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs and immunosuppressive drugs.
