Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to West China Hospital for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. The operation date is between 2018.6 and 2018.12; 3. ASA classification I~III; 4. laryngeal mask airway or tracheal intubation under general anesthesia surgery patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with tracheal intubation into ICU; 2. anesthesia information system data is not complete; 3. due to various reasons, intraoperative adverse events (such as unexpected difficult airway, severe allergy, etc.; 4. Abnormal liver/kidney function (transaminase is more than 2 times of normal value); 5. preoperative diagnosis of severe complications of nervous and mental systems; 6. with serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
