Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry for assessment of appendic skeletal muscle mass (ASM), male less than7.0kg / m2, female less than 5.4 kg / m2; 2. Grip strength, male less than 26 kg, female less than 18 kg; 3. The lean body mass of the limbs was adjusted according to the body mass index (BMI), male less than 0.789, female less than 0.512; 4. agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of basic cognitive skills; 2. Suffer from severe heart and lung disease; 3. Renal insufficiency; 4. Only restricted protein injections can be performed; 5. Patients with severe tumors; 6. Patients who are subjectively uncooperative during treatment.
