Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with heart failure by a cardiovascular specialist according to 'Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018'; 2. Aged >=18 years old; 3. NYHA class II to IV; 4. Basic independent judgment and communication skills; 5. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor, chronic kidney disease and sjogren's syndrome; 2. Severe mental illness; 3. After heart transplantation.
